Neil Horsley (Mills Transformed)
Neil Horsley is a qualified planner, spending his career in urban planning and regeneration, and lives in Keighley. For the Mills Transformed project he has studied in depth over 30 textile mills, documenting them in words and photography. His work has been featured in the Yorkshire Post, and exhibitions of his photographs were held at Saltaire in 2023 and at the Bradford , with a further display planned at the Bradford Industrial Museum in late 2024
